This is pretty self explanatory. Briefly give a reason that the person above you is banned... just for the sake of a little mean spirited fun!

For example: Let's pretend that Sae posted before me. (sorry Sae!)

Banned for excessive emoticon abuse!

It's just meant to be a silly game. We had a thread like this at another forum I frequented and it was fun. It does have more potential to become a bit more vicious and hurtful here, I suppose. Feel free to delete it. It was just a spur of the moment thing.
