I got and finished Last of Us 2 about 2 weeks ago - loved it. Got Paper Mario for Switch when it came out a couple days ago too; enjoying it so far.

I haven't played much but it was cool once I figured out how to light up my engines and actually fly around!

I'm going to either watch tutorials or play them in the game if they have them.

Yeah, you're going to have to watch some tutorials for sure. While the game isn't on the insane level of complexity as DCS... it' has some features that need some explanation, and seeing how it was created by one guy, there is no manual to speak of... at least I haven't seen any.
