Finished the main storyline of
AC: Odyssey. It was a replay, having played it before. The game has to be the most frustrating of the modern trilogy, not quite easy even on easy mode. Tried to do the extra content, but as soon as I died I went ahead and deleted the game.
Now I'm replaying
AC: Valhalla, which is much easier and much less frustrating. Will take a while to get through it all again to play the new content, but that's fine.

I am playing "Bats and spiders." You are in a cave being attacked by bats, spiders, and an occasional human skeleton - I guess it's not very innovative.

Nothing. I don't have a graphics card installed atm. Gonna sit on my ass and watch baseball instead.

AC: Valhalla
Put myself through fast travel. While that was happening, placed my controller down and went to take care of business away from the game. I return to find the controller on the floor and my character dead from desynchronization. Apparently, when I arrived at the location, the dual shock mechanism in the controller caused it to fall to the floor where it pushed my character into the water where he drowned.

In AC Valhalla there's a glitch with the Balor boss in the Wrath of the Druids DLC where you can't obtain the spear weapon he drops. Until they fix it, I have no other choice than to continue with other parts of the game. Which sucks because it's the best spear in the entire game.
With a little bit of settlement updating, to the Isle of Skye it is.
