WTF is this shit....

I thought I'd make a thread dedicated to music related stuff that's inexplicably popular.
The title of my thread is based on my reaction to hearing Radiohead's new James Bond theme.

It has a lot of positive comments and people say it's better than Sam Smith's theme for the same movie.
To me it sounds like it's in a weird time signature so the beat sounds odd, dull as fuck, singing like one of my drunk friends at the end of a long night out and I can barely tell what the lyrics are he's saying.

Luckily this bond song wasn't picked to be the official song for the film, it was Sam Smith's song.
I don't even like Bond films by the way but the majority of the songs for the films have been quite good I think.

I think it sounds good.
I saw a thread on reddit about it, and the comments weren't really saying it would be a good bond song. I don't think it would work in a James Bond movie, too depressing, however as a song itself I really like it.
Which is better:
