Hello Everyone

Well, I've been a long time non-believer for as long as... well, I could tell the difference between a real person and an imaginary friend.
Anyway, I came across this forum on a random google search after a binge of creationism vs. evolution debates from a number of apparently regular youtube users and one atheist public broadcast show from texas that someone on youtube apparently put up.
In any case, I'm looking forward to talking to people outside of my circule of friends and family on these topics, because I'd certainly would like to find someone from Indiana who has an opinion on Indiana's decision to not allow school to access web content to wicca, witchcraft, satanism, voodoo, atheism (!?), and other forms of 'mystism.'
Mysticism? Do I really have to play a game of 'which one of these doesn't belong to the other?
Beyond that, I'm hoping beyond hope at this point that the ACLU gets involved because nothing screams 'church and state' violation like blocking kids from some faiths/non-faiths but not others.
... rant aside, glad to meet everyone and I look forward to lurking around the forums with the occasional interlude of my own thoughts.
Oh, the article I speak of is this one: http://scienceblogs.com/pharyngula/2010/...g_some.php
EDIT: Thanks everyone for the shoutouts. By the by, I thought I should share a word with all of you about religion in the form of a 4 and a quarter minute video on youtube. Enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Rwioe1SG...eature=sub
I'm thinking of adding this as my signature.
