Don't be stupid. If the same bald guy who posts video's on this forum walks into a woman's bathroom claiming to be a woman, anyone with the gift of sight know your full of crap, and women will exit the bathroom or you will be escorted out.

There will be no need for a genital check.

If you pulled that crap in my place of business and insisted, a genital check would most likly come in the form of a swift kick in the twig and berries. if you double over and wet yourself then I'd say problem solved and you can go on your way.

What this entire thread boils down to is, it makes Drich feel disgusted and uncomfortable to imagine having to share a bathroom with a transexual.  Unfortunately for him, no one here gives a shit.

The problem with small minded people is they tend to think wide left, and when someone does not agree with their wide left programming they try and play the race/bigotry card.

Typical kill the messenger (by labeling the messenger someone acceptable to hate or be intolerant against) which allows the self righteous left winger to feel justified in dismissing the message.

Wake up, this isn't 1999 anymore, and you are not Bill Marr. It's time to try and learn to think for your self. I listed a whole long list of reason why legislation that supports a minority of a minority is not good for the people in this or another country. I've also repeatedly said that transsexuals are not at the core of my disagreement with this action, it is those looking to exploit this allowance or loop hole to prey on the opposite sex while they are in a vulnerable position.

What I did say that pertains to transsexuals is this will also enable those who suffer from GID that go untreated (which according to the Mayo clinic is the vast majority) will be enabled to put off treatment even longer.

The sexual assault angle on this is pure garbage, Drich. Not to mention another slippery slope. Any sex offender could follow any woman into a deserted public restroom and assault her with minimal amount of forethought and planning. I mean, have you ever been in a Thru way rest stop at 1 am?

So, by your train of thought, no one with a penis should be allowed anywhere NEAR the ladies room at all, regardless of how they are dressed. So, why not work toward legislation to keep all men 100 feet away from public women's rooms? I mean, since women aren't safe to go to the bathroom in public. [emoji849]

OK, so let's get real.

Even if this mindless bigotry and misinformation was to be acted on, how could it possibly work?

1) Genital scanning equipment outside toilets

2) Genital examination stations

3) ID cards that need validating every week/month by a doctor to make sure your genitals are what you say there are

I propose a much more simple solution:

4) Get the fuck over yourselves, and stop thinking so hard about other peoples' genitals

how about we do what we do now, and simply say no to those who do not look the part. It's like passing a counterfeit bill. would you knowingly pass counterfeit currency? No. but does that mean you haven't ever? again no. So what do you do? take the obvious forgeries out of circulation.

The second thing we do is not punish those who want to live in a state that activly seeks to take conterfeits out of circulation.

It's not hypocrisy. Many laws and policies are based on feelings, such as the stalking law I mentioned earlier (it must demonstrably cause "fear or alarm", in most statutes' wording), as well as laws about threats made. 

Besides it's not just about how they feel.  It's who they are at the deepest possible level. It's so strong that the dysphoria causes severe psychological issues until resolved (if the person decides the surgery/hormone therapies are worth it, of course), which is why it's in the DSM5.
