Also, it doesn't really matter what we think or how they feel. I'm more interested in what a psychiatrist has to say about it. If the experts say that species reassignment surgery would cure them of their dysphoria, if they experts say this is the best course of action, then the insurance they've been paying for should have to cover it. The same way it covers everything else doctors say are necessary.

Of course it will vary some depending on what insurance package they actually have.

I have no idea about health insurance I haven't said anything about insurance of any sort.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

That's not at all the same as wishing you were jacked like mike Tyson...

Why am I waking up with the opposite genitalia?  I possibly enough savings if I really want to buy surgery so I wouldn't have to suck it up, it might deplete my savings but I'd survive.

If I was transformed into a good looking female there'd be no issue at all I'd just have great lesbian sex forever and not have to worry about STDs

Yea because everyone knows lesbians are immune to STDs. What?

It's nothing like wishing you had the body of Mike Tyson. Trust me.

In what way is it different?

Ah here I see this. What is NHS?

Why on earth would you assume that women can't transmit STD's to each other? Clearly sexual health was not mandatory in your high school...[emoji45]

I mean it wouldn't entirely get rid of the risk but it wouldn't be as much of an issue.
