Guys, Girls. Did all women try to look like this back in the day? If so, why?
Trying to look attractive to snatch a rich husband?

It's unnatural, and unhealthy.

Basically everything being in fashio during the 70ies. Along with the hairstyles and the makeup.

You obviously never were into Department S or Jason King. I remember my father having ties like that. When growing up I found them elegant. Now, they make me shudder too.
