Hillary has no control over what a super PAC does.

Whilst it's true that legally a Super PAC can't coordinate with a candidate, there's a million other ways for a candidate to influence or even control a Super PAC indirectly. The problem with Super PACs is they don't have to be accountable, and often money can just disappear down a dark hole. The chances of them being investigated is low as well.

USUNCUT gas some screen shots of Clinton supporters cheering on the trolls taking down pro-Sanders pages. Abusive comments and pornography were posted to try and take down the pages apparently. These people are laughing and cheering as Hillary takes away their democracy and creates a one party state.
