Net neutrality tool.
A tool I found on the web to see if your Internet service provider is throttling your connection based on certain 'content types'.

It checks download and upload rates based on various content types and ports in comparison to your 'normal' download and upload rate.

The test takes about eight minutes to complete and you shouldn't heavily transmit or receive while it is running.
