Hey everyone
Having anonymously trawled through this site for some time through the anonymous safety of non-registration, I have finally decided to sign up and record my first post. I'm from the UK, currently living in the Philippines. Raised as a Christian, I even stood up and 'asked Jesus into my life' in an emotionally charged gathering about 20 years ago. I learned lots about the Christian faith in the 6 months that followed and as a result walked away an atheist - and have been ever since.
Looking forward to contributing to some discussion.

From things I hear on the news it sounds like the Philippines can be a scary place. What's your take on the situation?
