Welcome.  It's kind of unexpected that something as tasty as a can of mountain dew would be a misanthropist.  Perhaps being considered tasty lead to said misanthropy?  Perhaps, more specifically, the nihilist assumption that something that tasty would simply be consumed so quickly that any meaningful existence is doomed to be painfully short lead to said misanthropy?

Take comfort though delicious can of mountain dew.  Something as caffeinated, sugary, and delightful as you will certainly cause anyone who affords themselves the pleasure of your fizzy goodness to suffer a host of debilitating health problems on their overindulgent march to an early grave.
