This is a public thread, so I feel justified in giving my opinion.
Plenty people here don't like me and find me annoying. I haven't taken those reps back even when they don't rep me in return. Why? Because whether they like me or not, if I thought they merited a rep, they still do. Not liking me doesn't change it.
In my opinion, penguin, if you think his posts are good, that rep was his to keep.

Well in my case, it was just me being an asshole after a disagreement with him. But that was a while ago and I returned the rep to Boru a while after.
