We have differing points of view which is normal. The debate finished a long time ago and has simply turned into a point-scoring process where no-one wins. I do apologise for anything I have said, and I am no racist by any stretch of the imagination. I just have a different point of view of how blacks act in Europe and how they act in the USA which is different. They are worlds apart.

Anyway, regardless of our differing points of view, you handled yourself really welll and normally I can get really hot-headed, but those who lose their head, often lose credibility. Either way, thanks anyway Thump. See you around perhaps in another thread which has nothing to do with politics since we are poles-apart.

They haven't been in this thread as long as I have so, I present my excuses for that point of course. As far as bella or Paul are concerned, I have tried to balance the debate with those two, but hey, with no backup since they only come up with one or two word responses that bring nothing to the argument, there is no point continuing this debate. We have an expression where I was born and it is like "pissing in the wind."

I'll be the first to admit that my debating skills aren't exactly the best and there's sure as hell room for improvement, but you vastly overestimate yourself.

We can be at loggerheads if we wish to do so, and I have always tried to remain calm in spite of our differences of opinion. However, I must admit that I enjoyed it for what it was then it just petered into a point-scoring contest. From then on, it was only going to go one way so, for me, the whole thing is finished for me.

I find it hard to respect anyone who stuffs words into my mouth in such a manner and then has to be badgered into a retraction. I don't mind disagreement, but dishonest argumentation will always mark a person down in my eyes.

I am not looking for respect Thump. What I do or say on a forum does not reflect on what I do in real-life off the forum. Whatever you think of me is of little consequence and is meaningless. Have you got that son?
