Ever heard anyone say this word?

My dad used to say it relatively frequently but he's the only person I ever heard say it by myself after he taught me (many many years ago):
Spifflicate. Ever heard of it? I haven't heard anyone else say it. "spifflicate ˈspɪflɪkeɪt/ verbinformalhumorous treat roughly or severely; destroy."

I mean maybe it's a Midlands thing because it seems only Midlanders have heard of it
 Certainly not used regularly. It's not a regular word. It's an irregular word.
