This test is inaccurate IMO as it phrases several questions in bizarre and sometimes ambiguous ways.

I didn't take this one specifically, but most of them that I've taken have answered to this description. The one I referred to was longer and more penetrating (hehe) than most.

Our politicians aren't nearly left enough for me.

Are you actually a socialist though, or do you lean towards socialism. Far more often than not, people who get "socialist" from these tests just support mixed economics, e.g. capitalism with government regulation and some control over markets, etc. Also they tend to take someone who has liberal views on social issues and just sum that up as "socialist" when in reality, you can be an ardent capitalist and still support stuff like gay marriage.

It said socialist. [shrugs]

Atm, my life has conspired for me not to give a ton of fucks over political wankery, but ardent capitalist is not a phrase anyone would ever put next to my name.

I've done that test a million times, and I feel like it'll be different every day I take it, because I may consider questions different ways. In general, I support socialized healthcare, and infrastructure in general being the highest priority of government. I am for a military to legitimately defend us, but not the whole rest of the planet. Our responsibility is our own people on our own land.

I am very concerned about gay rights, because more than other civil rights, the connection to the Bible is very obvious. So, it pains me that we have ever abridged the right of anybody to have homosexual feelings and act on them.

I am, to a degree, in favor of our second amendment rights, however, as a disabled person, I personally would never own a gun. I don't think it should be allowed. I think it is dangerous how some extremists on this issue confuse right with responsibility, and feel like it should be mandatory to be armed.

Rights is such a broad concept that can apply to different contexts. I think it's great we have certain rights as a free country, but some folks get so hung up on that.

Not a very good quiz IMO, but here's my results:

As far as self evaluation goes, the test seems to be pretty accurate. Left wing libertarian seems about right. Not against a free market but against corporations running unchecked. Liberal on all social issues.

I don't like these quizzes because of how hard they try to categorize me. I prefer not to identify myself politically because I don't like the idea that if I'm liberal I should think [x]. I'm a registered Democrat but I don't support all of the Democratic Party's platforms

As far as affiliations go, I'm nothing. But I can identify with the results. It more or less describes my political and social leanings correctly.
