Ever since I returned to Staff and re-read the rules over that No Posting Private Correspondence rule has been there as far as I can remember.

I'd have to go back and read the discussion but it was my understanding that there was at least broad support for most of what you had proposed with perhaps some differences over the details. The next step would have been to create a thread to formalize the discussion and vote. That never happened.
It was my impression throughout that you may have been too emotionally close to the situation to see the forest through all the trees.
I personally didn't understand why you left when the process had scarcely started.

Well, shit makes no sense now but it's no longer my problem.
I'll just worry about being a regular pleb.
I did really enjoy being on the staff up until recently. It's a damn shame it ended this way. This was far from my only issue but it was the one making me feel ill.

Really? I admit I was very emotional and had to stop reading it after certain people completely shut me down. I was waiting to hear some positive news from someone but it never came.
