Nice joke. But a can of air will be as helpful as a can of coke. And while I can drink the coke, I can't neither drink the air or use it to get the dust out of there. I'm asking serious, btw. I would take a picture of the radiator but my phone's camera isn't sensitive enough to capture the dust balls between the plates.

Oh, and a set of feeler gauges should have at least one that will fit between the vanes, so you can poke out the junk.

We are being serious. Compressed cans of air come with little straws that you can use to get into small spaces. They work great on things like for what you need.

Former PC technician here.
Try compressed air (w/straw) first. If that doesn't work, an appropriately sized feeler gauge is your next step.
If neither works, toss it and get a new one.

I tried using a soft hair paint brush but it's no good - there's no paint brush with that long hair; the dust is between the plates and is unreachable. I also tried with a vacuum cleaner but it was no good either - the dust won't move at all. I ran out of ideas what to try to get the dust ouf there.
