You could also pull a reverse ontological and claim that for God to be perfect, he needs to not exist, because existence always leads to imperfections and limitations.

Indeed. It always cracked me up that Aquinas based so much on Platonic thinking, with its idea that the material, existent world is necessarily corrupt ... and then argued that existence is a perfection.

While it's always nice when God gets fucked by science, I'd like to think it stings Him just a tad more when it's His followers ramming the dildo up His ass with their knowing better than He does regarding what is and isn't important in His Bible.
Better fall in line, God, you're not an 'alpha God' anymore, you're former followers have got it all figured out now and you're just a figurehead.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
