Current Aviation Week.
Incident happened over Arabian Sea. Aircraft were separated by 1000 feet (A380 above) and traveling in opposite directions. The A380 passed directly over the Challenger at 35,000 and 34,000 feet respectively.
Challenger rolled 3 times, and lost 9000 feet altitude before pilots recovered aircraft. Emergency landing in Bahrain was normal. At least 2 passengers were severely injured.
While the Challenger showed no external cracks or skin buckling, flight data indicates airframe was stressed above design limits and cannot be restored to flight worthy status.
The Challenger also lost an engine during the encounter, but the pilots were able to restart it before landing.
So, your vorlon comments:
Jesus Fucking Christ !!!

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
