It's a bit less straightforward because words appear with different meanings, if I may give away that much...
Do you mean they don't need to sin first is not part of the answer or do you just mean I'm ignorant (if that's the case, no offence will be taken... I know I don't know much about it) about how Islam works given the answer I gave? Ie that it's different to Christianity? Just need to clarify that one before I move on

What did you misunderstand?... I'm lost now Nah, I didn't mean 'censor' (though it's similar) ie it's the same word but can be used as a noun or a verb; eg as a verb to censure is to "blame, criticize" (eg Muslims protesting/complaining about works of art on foreign soil is what I was thinking of), and as a noun it is defined as "blame, expression of disapproval" so in this case, to aquire it as a noun would be from God on judgement day for sinning.
