Religious Reservations
What do you hold on to or at least enjoy from religious culture?

I like some Gospel music. Emmy Lou Harris singing "Wayfaring Stranger" : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDGTt63Yqtw

Billy Joe Shaver; "When I Get My Wings" : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ygvTEw3-Es

Anything by Mavis Staples : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zJOr61nbyQ

I Love a good church potluck. My family was involved in a Pentecaostal mission to Native Americans. The mission property had a church Pastored by a Phillipino named Paul. The congregation was Navajo, Apache, Phillipino, Latino, and Gringo. One potluck we had Elk tamales, fry bread, fried chicken, and Pansit on the same plate.

If we did not have Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Halloween we would have to invent them.

You?
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!

Not what you have in mind, but experiencing "Baptist Truth" at Brian's funeral (Baptist pastor cited him as a negative example during service) has been a relentlessly grim but needed dose of 'sand in my vagina' all these years.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

I still wear a pagan Goddess Gaea pendant.

You like an answer  little more in keeping with the spirit of your topic?

So basically Vorls, since the bible is the innerant word of god, if you stray off it, even by one word, you go to hell?
So, we're all going to hell. Why do Christians bother? They're all café anyway.
No God, No fear.

If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

RE: Religious Reservations
Pretty much all of it.  Religion is wasted on the religious.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
