So you're okay with someone telling you that black lives matter, but you aren't okay with the same exact words in the same exact order being used as a slogan? That somehow changes the meaning of the words to you? You're making no sense now.

If a Christian who thought Christians were being persecuted in America started the slogan "Christian Lives Matter", would you think that was inclusive of all lives?
