I can't imagine Yemeni warlords or Saudi butchers (?) allowing civil population much of an accommodation or frill like potable water.

Admittedly this has only caught my eye because I'm bored and at work. But I can't help but notice the topic of aid money to Saudis.

Does anyone send aid money to the Saudis? I thought they were a rich country.

I did a brief google search on my phone of Saudi aid money America, and it's coming up with nothing. Just arms deals and so on.

In fact there's more sites showing the aid Saudi has given other countries and how much America is in debt to Saudis.
Just at a brief glance.

Some of it is military aid funds given with the preconditions it be used to purchase American weapons and supplies at an effective discount.

It shouldn't surprise anyone that despite few mid scale conflicts, companies like Raytheon draw consistently high profits.
