Plagiarism in the NT

RE: Plagiarism in the NT
Right were the ones making up stories. And the only disruption were doing is calling out your mystic BS . And rightly smacking down your empty non objections .

And starts pasting apologist links while ignoring everything you say . And cooking up derpy nonsense like dozens of needless copies of a book that would need to be destroyed or chanting "some one would have noticed "or demanding mass book burnings as if someone would admit to it  .

I'm sorry, but your guesses are incorrect.  Also, while I may posts links, it is not normally without context, and I don't think that often.   I don't normally just link and run.  I have thought through the issue, and I'm happy to defend my position and walk through the reasoning, various options, and why I think what I do is the best choice.  I'll also examine what you have to say (the reasons and facts) if you feel obliged to do the same.

I don't think that arguments from authority, the genetic fallacy, or just throwing out arguments without thought or context is very useful.  And if you think, that I am ignoring something... call me out on it.

In regards to the OP.... he didn't really say much.  And I agree.  I have a book in my library with all the Old Testament allusions found in the New Testament.  Further many translations are riddled with footnotes, which tell you as much. I don't think it should come as a surprise to most who have studied the Bible.   Some are prophesies, some may be coincidence, and some may be re-using the language they are familiar with.  Further, the early Church often alluded to the New and Old Testaments, if not directly quoting.

(edit to add:   about the only thing I might disagree with is the title.)

Nope spot on

FYI there not guesses there observations and wordy denials don't help you

I once said of Jose Mourinho that he has three tactics to win a soccer match, viz a) cheat, b) cheat some more, and when a) & b) don't work c) accuse others of cheating. You, my dear turd are the Jose Mouinho of christian apologetics, you a) make up stories, b) make up some more stories, and when nobody believes you, c) you throw your nappies out of the pram and accuse everybody else of making things up.

I would challenge you to support any of this.    Or have we regressed further from the 12 year old's argument of swearing and name calling, to the 3 year old's argument where you just parrot back and say "I know you are... but what am I"

Also keep in mind the context that you left out of the quote:  I had said prior to what you quoted "Actually wasn't even going to post, until you called me out and started speaking for me".   In retrospect, it may not of been clear, that I intended the last part to also fall under the probably or if condition.

And here we are... you still focusing on me, appear to be following my prediction, and avoiding the ideas and discussion.

Proof positive of projecting one's own faults onto others...typical.  A person could make a fortune publishing a book about everything that's wrong with your mental processes.
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?

Well thanks for giving your opinion... but I disagree (I think... your claim was rather vague).  Could you point out where you think my fault is, so that I can work on it or clarify? What do you think I am projecting?  As far as I  can tell, he is calling me a liar, and thinks he can speak for me better than I can.  Did I miss understand something?  It difficult to dispute hen some calls me a liar about my own opinion.  Guess they think they know better than I do!

At this point I can only conclude you're either fucking with us and you know better and this somehow gives you a boner being an aggravating troll, or you're genuinely too addled to understand what's wrong with you and trying to explain it would be a waste. Case in point, we've been trying to do that in many of the other threads you've posted in and it hasn't worked.

Humor me once, and give me something specific in this context. I'm not asking you to dig back through a huge history of posts. However in my experience and memory the reply is generic, and just like this, or off context from the discussion. I really don't know of what you are complaining about, and can't address it if you do not tell me.

And if you won't tell me... then quit whining about it, because I can't do anything about it!

You want to talk about "history of posts"? Holy crap man, if I had a nickle for every time you claimed in one post "I am not trying to sell you a god" only to argue for your pet god in another thread, I'd make Trump look like a vagabond.

When you say you cant do anything about it, we agree, because you have no evidence. If you did you literally could do something about it, and you could get a patent and get a Nobel Prize.

I think the problem such as your post here, is that you don't understand context. As I told you before, I'll post or comment on what I like when I like. I don't think that I should be expected to jump off topic, and dance for you, just because I'm a Christian. Or is that what my problem is, that merits such insult? I think the problem is in your assumptions of me, and the mental dissonance, when I don't follow your expectations.

I clicked on your profile and it doesn't give me the option to view your posting history, and I'm not about to do a lot of digging because you're not fucking worth it, so I'll defer to Brian37. You want a specific example? Try looking at some of your own posts (because I know the individual users have access to their own posting history) side-by-side and look at how completely disconnected they are.
