I think that's a very good idea. This is an idea they could use in many contexts. A lot of TOEFL questions are things about what school subject is the most important, ways a student prefers to study, and so on.
And you should have a fairly decent divide between students of each style. And it lets them still feel like individuals even if they're part of a group because they're learning something interesting about themselves.
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?
