Has anyone heard of any prominent Christian leader in America speak against the profanity filled outburst of Trumps new Communication Director? Any calls that Scaramucci be fired immediately? Any criticism of Trump having such a person as senior staff. Have any preachers, cardinals or bishops written any editorials? I have been watching for such mostly out of a morbid curiosity of just how hypocritical American Christians have become. If you run across one, share the link, I've been coming up blank.

I haven't heard anyone say anything about this, Christian or otherwise. And in fact hadn't even heard of this outburst. I don't watch the news or keep up with politics so I'm completely out of the loop on these things most of the time.

But nobody should be shocked, Spicer even without cussing his very first day acted like he was going to behead the White House Press corps. And why should anyone be shocked. 45 himself has acted like a bully for 5 years but doubled down on it even worse during his run. Burned and insulted his through the primaries burning members of his own party. Then when he got the nomination scapegoated multiple groups including service people, judges, and even intel, not just media. And the asshole is still hurling inflamatory tweets almost every single day multiple times a day. 
I'm pretty sure the archbishop of Canterbury told the press, 'I was going to right an article about that foul-mouthed cock smoker Scaramucci, but I've been so fucking busy lately. Just say he's a ripe old cunt and let it go at that, shall we?'

As I recall when the WLB came out as the Pussygrabber in chief the whole right-wing dismissed that as just "locker room talk." They are hypocrites, dear. Fucking, lying, hypocrites. 
Exactly. Why is anyone surprised at the silence of the "family values" folks? They've got a President who will rubber-stamp any legislation that escapes the Republican maze in Congress, and they're going to hope some of it tells women their bodies aren't their own to decide upon, gays that they cannot marry their lover, trans- that they have to use this or that bathroom.
But remember, they're the party of small government. Anyone surprised at their hypocrisy this late in the game has not been paying attention. |
