If I need to very quickly assemble a separate group of 6 people to perform a task demanding great physical strength from a random pool of 6 men and 6 women, would it be sexist of me to pick all the men, or must I delay the assembly of the group to test each of the 12 for actual strength so as to not expose any women who might be stronger than some of the men to the prejudice resulting from statistical data showing men are likely to stronger then women?
