Without anyone to man the nuclear plants, there'll be a meltdown so my first priority would be to move as far away from any such man-made disaster hotspots. Then without the insects, plant life will start to disappear, so I'll work on gathering as much dry and preservable resources as I can I'll need to grab some solar panels and weapons too, just in case. Then I'll just try to survive as long as I can

Like other people said I’d be worried about things like power and what the ecosystem would be like with no animals.
In general I’d try and survive as my first priority, secondly do some crazy shit for entertainment.
Try and get some powerful weapons and drugs, gun down a skyscraper while high on ecstasy and heroin.

I’d revel in the feeling of finally being the smartest guy in the room. Then, after five minutes of that, I’d likely sit down with my usual expression of bewilderment and wonder what to do next. That would continue (hours, weeks, years?) until I stepped off a tall structure.
One thing’s for sure: I would no longer have any excuses for not reading Proust.

Basically, crops and vegies would all die without maintenance. No bread either.
It's going to be processed supermarket tinned food and chips for eternity with an endless supply of bottles water and fizzy drinks.
But even alcohol? How to keep cool to drink?
I'd like to travel as I said before ...only so I won't die of boredom mainly.
I'd grab and enjoy putting the props in full reverse thrust on a supertanker 5 miles from shore and hope to stop before I hit the pier. Or maybe I'll put it in full forward thrust for shits and giggles and jump off at the last second. I think we'd all go super weird within months like Hanks and the wilson ball.
And when I go completely insane, I'd make cardboard cutouts of you losers just to have someone to converse with... (you know, the way theists do now)

Whatever I did, I would always have that sneaking suspicion that everyone was still alive and I was currently residing in the psych ward.
I'd probably find one or two of those really expensive and lifelike love dolls, give them names, talk to them and other stuff.
I think with enough effort they would eventually talk back.
I'd live on the coast in a high rise, top floor roof being a vege garden, most of the balconies being marijuana and poppy plant gardens.
Second floor from the top would be filled with bottles of alcohol.
Next floor down would be a massive library.
The grounds surrounding the building would be an orchard.

No, I'd probably travel the earth in search for someone else. But knowing myself, good chance i'd get a car after like 2 years of searching and then decide to drive myself off a cliff.
