It's a False Dichotomy.  Scientifically speaking, no one is one or the other.  It's more of a spectrum on which all of us move around, all the time.  In one situation we are more one way, in another situation, we are different.

To answer the question, you are both.  Or neither.  Depending on the situation.

I did read the article though and I think a lot of people find the myers-briggs test thingy fun and surely it's a lot more accurate than astrology.
Personally, I believe there are four personality types being the N,W,S and E of a spectrum like a compass.
How sciencey that is, I don't know, but I'm positive that it helps to understand that everyone is different and why people think differently to you, so I think it's useful.
