Here's what the parasites removed from the North Korean defector look like. I'm assuming the 'top' North Korean soldiers are posted along the border with South Korea. And if this is what's floating around in most of their GI tracts, what in the hell are we going to find lurking in the rural villagers ?

The defector has hep B too . . . .

I read that earlier.

There are some things you can process intellectually but it's best left to trained professionals to process emotionally. Hell, I try desperately not to image the inside of my intestine after I've eaten lasagna. Not much difference to add in the worms, really. Just don't go there.
