The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

It's a deliberate action. The woman hates the child's father and won't give him custody. She then finds a guy who will abuse and kill the kid while she acts shocked. It's a clever "murder-for-hire" scheme that's pulled off all of the time. The guy ends up doing the time and the woman walks free.
In this case, the bio-dad was complaining from the get go something stunk. Tragically, he was correct.

We had that that happen at the low income apartments, a block from where I live.

They've already ruled it a homicide. They've charged him several things, but not homicide. They won't discuss details but say the arrest warrants speak for themselves. Hmmm.... Does that mean they know he didn't kill the kid and are still trying to build a case against who they think did? |
