Woman who stabbed her boyfriend to death during a domestic incident spared jail..
Woman who stabbed her boyfriend to death during a domestic incident spared jail because "she is not someone who needs prison"

https://m.reddit.com/r/MensRights/commen..._during_a/

http://m.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article....d=11626363

Quote:nor did she intent to kill her partner that day
But she intended to stab him, which by itself warrants prison time. She literally brutally attacked a person to the point where he died, and yet "well, I didn't really mean it" is enough to get her off with no jail time?

Justice Clifford said he has not seen, or been able to find a case where manslaughter by stabbing led to a sentence of home detention.
But we're willing to set new a precedence to make sure women are never held accountable nor punished for their crimes against men

So here we have women getting away with murder, and yet people want to pretend like the only reason women make up less of the prison population is because they're less violent and less criminally inclined? Nah, the pussy pass is alive and well

Quote:A Porirua woman has been sentenced to 12 months home detention for killing her partner during a domestic violence incident in a possible legal first.

Mother of five, Aaliyah Tagatauli, has previously pleaded guilty to manslaughter after stabbing Mura Tagatauli in the leg last March, he later died in Wellington Hospital.

Justice Clifford said he has not seen, or been able to find a case where manslaughter by stabbing led to a sentence of home detention.

But he said despite the loss of a person's life, she is not someone who needs prison, nor did she intent to kill her partner that day.

Apparently it's okay for a woman to brutally stab a man to death. She's going to get grounded but that's about it.

How many threads like this are you going to post? Can't you just consolidate them all to one thread?

We all have access to newspapers. I thought the point of this subforum was to discuss news. Not just post 15 threads with news articles and no discussion.

*facepalm*
THAT'S what you take from the thread?
That I make too much threads?

Yes it is, if you wanted me to take something else, mayhaps you could add some discussion instead of just making a bunch of threads without even putting your opinion or having a point.

There, added my opinion.
I don't understand how I'm supposed to add a discussion though. It turns into a discussion when others take part, I can't force someone with a gun to their head and make them take part in a discussion.

Why do you think it's ok for a woman to stab her boyfriend to death?

Did you even read the OP or are you intentionally trolling to get on my nerves?

Interesting. I thought you were intentionally trolling to get on my nerves. Why are you saying it's ok if you don't think it's ok?

I read your quotes but didn't click the links.

To me it's an easy open shut where either a horrible decision was made and she should have been given prison time or she was being beaten and defended herself but some circumstance doesn't allow for that defense so she got the lowest sentence possible.

No one on this forum is a moron. We know you have a reason for posting this thread (my guess: feminism is bad mmmkay), so it's annoying when you try to pretend like that's not what you want to say so that you can try to play a "gotcha" card. It's aggravating. If you have something to say just come out and say it.

The truth is not bitter, it's just that the lie is overly sweet. Understandably you are pissed because I'm challenging your beliefs. You should take a moment off, cool yourself off and look at what I'm saying in a clear rational head.
