I'd prefer two options :-
Quote current poster only.
Quote whole post.

"Quote current poster" might mean quoting from the first {quote} tag to the last {/quote} tag,
and omitting from the next subsequent {quote} tag, to the second-last {/quote} tag.

Not to mention the fact that for some people, like Drich, it would be preferable to have "fifteen" posts as opposed to a wall of text.

I'm sorry, but I avoid most discussions due to those walls of texts based on multiple quotes.
