What I place truth in is something opposite of faith.

What I want to give power to is one precisely like a judge who is not biased.

Lawyers are biased.

Judges are absolutely biased.  In fact I gave you FOUR examples of biased judges.  There's many more out there.  By taking away lawyers, you give so much power to judges that you've essentially made them all powerful.  Not to mention a lot of power to police too.  Without a lawyer there's nothing to stop them from coercing a confession out of whoever they want.  

You want to look at why we need lawyers:  Just watch the John Oliver segment on immigration courts.

You certainly make grand claims, but is it backed up by reason? I highly doubt it.

Lawyers are biased.

Of COURSE lawyers are biased - they're supposed to be.  Your lawyer is biased on your behalf, the prosecutor/opposing counsel is biased against you.  The only way for a legal system to even begin to work is to have this adversarial relationship in place.

Have you looked at the Japanese justice system at all? Or how about just the immigration courts in the United States? Have you looked at those at all?

9 of them lied to Internal Affairs in the Laquann McDonald shooting in Chicago.  They all got fired..... ( after the video tape came out and the PD was forced to admit the obvious.)
