My cousin and I used to have this sort of inside joke about a guy who worked for Redbull and was also an EDM DJ. This guy stays up all night, chugging redbull and bumping EDM music, constantly having this sort of loner rave in his apartment, lights flashing, music going, everything. Night after night it drives this family next door crazy. The wife urges her husband, "Please, Steve, go tell him to turn the music off it's almost midnight." Steve tries and tries but the knocks are masked by the bass in the music. This goes on, all night, night after night, for years on end.

One day, the husband is fed up. He finally decides it is time to put a stop to everything. This neighbor has been driving a wedge between him and his wife... they're on the verge of divorce and are neglecting the kids because of their marital issues. So the husband shoots the kids, then his wife, then himself. And as the camera pans back to an exterior view of the apartment building, you see the muzzle flashes from inside the apartment. Camera switches to interior of the redbull employee's apartment and he pauses the music, thinking he heard a noise next door. After a moment he shrugs and turns the music back on, dancing and pumping his fist in unison with the beat.

Yea, I don't know why but this thread reminded me of that. We have a pretty dark sense of humor, I guess.

Yes they are, and the point is that asshole bigots cannot claim an entire nationality are violent. When they have a problem with me, they politely come up to me and express their concern with my loudness, or upkeep. 100% of the time I apologize and try not to do it again. I have however ran into far more self entitled people born here, that when you tell them they are being disruptive, they say "FUCK YOU'.

They are from south of the boarder, and just like my first job which was run by a migrant Pakistani couple back in the late 80s, when I worked at a 7-11, they tolerated me as managers, and I was a spazz.

I wish people didn't have to bring up nationality, but fear mongering hyper nationalists do, so yea, I will bring up my neighbors and how well they have treated me.

It is ALWAYS worth it to defend non violent people, no matter where they come from. Logic is another thing, but as far as law, it is always better to protect non violent individuals than to politically sell fear.
