To bad he has not done any of those things
He's been weak on Russian sanctions
He has been weak on Ukraine (even going so far as to consider recognizing Russia Annexation)
He has been weakening Nato with his constant prattle ((weakening the resolve of the alliance )
America does not need a military build up and even then the build up is not about Russia it's about politics .
Oil and Gas has been a flop .Not to mention his deal with Europe is uncertain and he's already weaken America's energy sector in many ways.
So this Cartoon is propaganda nothing more
You clearly can't see the difference between meeting with Russia and the level drooling sycophantism and lack criticism Trump has displayed .Those are two VERY different things as all these other presidents have been critical of Russia in a way Trump has not .
