A certain someone lies about business

A certain someone lies about business
Someone (*cough*) just made the bullshit claim that NFL players make most of the money.

BULLSHIT...... While some are millionaires, most of the players are not. The owners ARE billionaires. And those 32 billionaires make most of their money, not from just ticket sales, but through MERCHANDISING, licencing agreements through media use and advertising.

The players DO NOT make more than the billionaire owners.

But what should we expect?

In addition, billionaires have the advantage of not being routinely jumped on by gorillas in hobnailed boots.

I don't see how anyone can stand "proudly" for the anthem when that fucking piece of treacherous shit is occupying the white house.

When he's behind bars THAT will be something to be proud of.

Chris Rock had a bit in which he contrasted 'rich' and 'wealthy': Shaquille O'Neal is rich. The guy who signs Shaq's checks is wealthy.

Not sure what you mean by this so some clarification? Not trying to be sarcastic, or mean, I really am lost on this.

Separately though as a mere statement in general, not for this post, but in general.

Nobody should have a problem with wealth, not whites or blacks. But abuse of power over the past 36 years has caused the pay gap between the top and bottom and that economic anxiety has made it easier for one party to keep the country divided.

Just a response to Trump's nonsense that the players make all the money.

Essentially, I'm agreeing with you. And I never miss an opportunity to gratuitously insert Chris Rock or George Carlin into conversations.

Carry on.

Not the point. The point is nobody should be ignoring him or tolerating him. His rhetoric is dangerous and he is unfit and should not be in office.
