Happy VD!
Not an STD, or Valentine's Day.

Veterans Day.

...

Although - many a sailor has gotten VD on Valentine's Day....

So I' m told.

Does Fleet Week coincide with Valentine's Day? It should.

So kiss a sailor, or a soldier, and pass the penicillin...

I went through several world wars in games. Do I count as a veteran?

RE: Happy VD!
Before my last surgery a nurse called to go over my medical history with me. She used all kinds of abbreviations from past histories. I kept having to stop her and ask what that stood for. Then she got to one and asked ME what it stood for. FTVD. What the fuck? DamnifIknow. I asked what it was dated. She said it wasn't. (Seriously?) So we agreed to skip it while I thought about it. I expressed that it was disturbing and I'd never had any kind of VD. So we went over the rest and while she was checking my meds I googled it.

Full. Term. Vaginal. Delivery. (In 1979.)

Seriously. Come on people.
Where are we going and why am I in this hand basket?
