Jesus has yellow eye's?
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

And what about Michelangelo's risen Christ statue?

I could never understand how that guy got to troll the Church: they order statue of Jesus and he gives them dick and balls in their face.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Same as with Mo- pics of him became outlawed.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

The Wall Street Journal reported that MBS was the buyer. Then Christie's denied this, saying that the real purchaser was the Abu Dhabi Cultural Affairs department.

I suspect that at this level of the world of power and money, there will be a lot of rumor and misdirection going on. The various fees involved with the sale -- over and above the price of the painting -- were over 50 million, and for that amount you can buy a lot of lies.

There's no reason to think it's a fake. If by "fake" we mean a modern object created with intent to deceive.

As with so many pictures from this period, though, 100% confidence in attribution is difficult. A picture from a workshop may be only partially from the master's hand, though produced entirely under his supervision.

This one certainly looks Leonardo-like, unlike the Bella Principessa which was discovered a few years ago. That one is doubtful.
