when i was a kid i used to talk to god all the time- through prayer mostly, but also during classes when i was bored. people made fun of me

i never had much friends but god was there for me, making me laugh and making me feel good about myself. when i was feeling down god would tell me 'you're special'

when my grandma died, when i was 11, i asked god 'why did you have to take away the only relative that believes that i talk to you?'. he said, 'well, tough luck, kiddo. your grandma is now with me, watching out for you by my side".

i spent years being suicidal, thinking that if i'd kill myself i would join god's love and my grandma's eternal affection. but god saved me saying 'if you kill yourself, you'll burn in hell and you won't see your grandma'.

when i was in high school i was learning evolution and all, and enjoying it, but god told me 'evolution is a lie. i created heaven and earth. you are going to burn in hell if you learn those things'.

i have god's love and promises and i know i'll end my days next to god and my grandma, and there will be a lot of kissing and hugging between us 3 forever.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS HAVE ????

Better to have an imaginary friend then to have no friends at all.

I myself was once suicidal, but my FRIENDS THAT ARE REAL AND NOT IMAGINARY helped me through it. I find it so funny that you come on an Atheist website telling us we have nothing, we have a site. What do YOU have? You have what little shreds of dignity you can manage to scrape off the ground. Not to mention I have intelligence, a high IQ, great GREAT marks, a good future (that I don't pretend to predict or know what's going to happen in), great friends, reason, hobbies, a heart, a brain, 2 lungs, Tourettes Syndrome, OCD, a house, 2 cats, a computer (that I am at RIGHT NOW) and science supports my lack of belief. Now I pose a question to you sir. What were you trying to accomplish with your post? Were you trying to call us out because we don't have some fucking imaginary friend? If so, congrats, you're right, I prefer to depend on myself and REAL people, it's a safer bet. Can someone also PLEASE lock this thread? I smell troll feces.
