I am leaning towards the preputioplasty because I would like to keep my foreskin, but the doctor said some scars would be left. I have searched all over the internet for pictures, but failed so far.
I was wondering if any men here have had a preputioplasty, and how was the experience. Also, for those who have had a circumsicion, would you have prefered a preputioplasty?
Thank you.
Being uncut, I can't venture an opinion on the surgery, but I can say that you should keep whatever you can. Those circumcised at or near birth have no basis for comparison. Those circumcised in later life do. And the reports are not nice.
Having gotten into a random "circumcision vs. FGM" debate in the past, I learned more than is healthy about the nuts and bolts as it were. The consequences are more than you imagine from losing the whole lot. I learned more than I should have to, but I cannot unlearn that.
Face facts. Male genetalia are not attractive unless one is a porn star. An extra wrinkle of a scar will vanish in a sea of the wrinkles already there.
And here is the kicker. If you have scarring, nobody will notice. Not the blokes in the locker-room, not any girlfriends/boyfriends/whatever, nobody. Only you will. The problem, my friend, is not with the procedure, it is in your head.
I have had what may best be described as an adventurous sex history. Never once has the topic of comparative penis beauty ever come up for anyone that I know of.
Now, I have some 50 years under my belt, but I won't claim to have seen it all and done it all. I will claim to have seen and done as much as I could in the available time. And I ain't stopping.
Something tells me that you are young and somehow think this matters. It doesn't.
