My new diet

I ran 3 miles today before I ate anything. I came home and ate 4 bags of crisps, 2 hot dogs and a pot noodle.
I don't think I'm in the right frame of mind to diet. 9 cans of lager certainly isn't helping my cause.

I'll give it a go again tomorrow.

My legs are killing me.
