Nothing at all wrong with liking whatever you like.  The problem comes when you denigrate people who don't share your particular tastes and then try to laugh off said denigration as a joke of some sort.

I could start a post about liking Queen and someone would object. This is why I ignore critics.

I do. It's not Freddy I hate, he was without question a magnificent performer.
It's the nauseating tone of Brian May's guitar I can't stand, he hardly ever experimented with his guitar sound. I hated it the first time I herd it and I hate it now.

Clapton's long coda on the end of Layla should also be mentioned in despatches. Weeee eee wee wee eeee.
