Ok.
I'd suggest going for a run, but not everyone's up to that. If you're not, go for a walk. A long, aimless walk. Just, you know, walk. Start at your house and walk away from it for an hour, then walk back. It's low impact, good for the old cardio-pulmonaries, it burns more fat than doing nothing, and you might see something interesting. Boru

Here's a challenge for tomorrow, but you prep for it tonight.
Before you go to bed, gather up all the loose change in the house - sofa cushions, piggy banks, swear jars, wherever - and scatter it across the floors in at least two rooms (if you have kids or pets that might eat coins, take appropriate precautions). When you get up tomorrow, make it your first order of business to pick up all the coins, BUT you have to pick them up one at a time, bending only at the waist. (This was a school fitness thing we did when I was a kid, but with wooden disks instead of coins) Boru

I honestly don't think there's any change in our house. Can I scatter buttons and pick those up instead? I'm going to do that.
After a long while of no exercising, and realizing I may be ... fat ... finally did a half hour run on treadmill. Will this be repeated tomorrow and onwards? Find out in the next episode.
