Via the Heisenberg Compensator?

The Heisenberg uncertainty principle is irrelevant.   You are not trying to replicate the quantum state of an existing organic entity.  You are trying create a new functioning organic entity of the same specie and perhaps preprogrammed with certain knowledge base, memory and skills.    You need to account for Heisenberg principle in this no more than you need to procreating and raising children in the normal manner.

Edit.
I've just realised, the jokes on me.

Ok, very good. I've got it.
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

UFO experiences are just like religious experiences - millions of people claim to have had them, but when you look at those experiences closely it's hard not to conclude that they are nothing more than delusions

video:

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I spent a semester helping my late wife research the development of the UFO phenomenon. (She was studying for her Ph.D. in Library Sciences.) I read a lot of junk so she wouldn't have to. Much more than I would liked to have read.

Yep. I once photographed the same scene as three other people. They used cheap-ass pocket cameras, I used a Mamiya 645 1000S with a HUGE zoom lens. They claimed UFOs based on their pictures. I showed them the kites and the kids flying them.

RE: UFO's
I just this morning ran over a UWO. Pretty sure it was a cat or rabbit that jumped in front of the car. But it could be a tiny alien jaywalking. Oh well, interstellar wars.
