My Neighbor Won’t Leash His Dog

No dog is smarter than a warthog. But I agree - most dogs are trainable, and a muzzle doesn't seem to inconvenience them greatly.

The one consistent thing about animals is, they are very food motivated. If you have what they like, they'll do what it takes to get it. Outside of any trust issues, of course.

I have unfortunately assholes on my street who don't leash their dogs. They end up upending my trash bin. I still cannot figure out how to dog proof it.
