Are there cases of doctors declining to treat cancer patients on religious grounds? Or pneumonia patients? Or people with broken bones or a nagging cough?

I agree that doctors don’t get to choose their patients, but with Limbaugh’s wealth, he is in a position to choose his own doctors.

I think your cautions regarding Limbaugh’s care are unfounded.

Yea, ok. You think right wing doctors will stop there if more of politics favored their ideas?

I think you underestimate the cult of personality.

What I think is that Limbaugh is in no danger of not receiving the best possible care.

You are still not getting it.

I have been consistent in saying as long as he is in need of medical care, he should get it, not because we like him. I am saying however, it is foolish to think his side if given the power would not use that power to deny care to dissenters.

He is personally in no danger, no. But his party cares nothing about cutting medical care to the middle and working class. And his party constantly makes religious excuses to do such on top of economic excuses.

He is in no personal danger for one reason, he has MONEY. But his party uses class and religious reasons constantly to deny it to all others.

*sigh* Ok, then.

Ok then?

If that party is ok with denying medical care for women and ok with denying medical care to class, what makes you think they'll stop at anything they disagree with?

The GOP currently are Frank Burns on meth, and the longer they have power or gain more power, the more they will make Frank Burns look like a saint.

The ‘Ok then’ is that I’m not going to engage this further as long as you keep moving the goalposts. We started off about why you think Limbaugh might not get good care, and now you’ve veered into the general evils of the Republican Party, about which we’re in agreement, but that’s not the point.

The point is that you have an annoying habit of changing the point and then accusing me of not getting the point. It makes it pretty difficult to dialogue with you.
