I know that is a spoof of a famous movie line, I just can't place it.

OH WAIT, in all seriousness, it is a spoof of "Badges, we don't need no stinking badges"

What line were you spoofing?

I like to see their discomfort as I glare at them.

It is especially effective if there is a bit of still damp blood splatter on the bills.......

Gee what is a little violence between commerce?

Nobody likes paying bills or taxes. Nice dark humor on your part OLB.

‘Treasure Of The Sierra Madre’. And the actual quote is, ‘Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges.’

Valk is always talking about being violent, especially with knives or other stabby devices.  Pretty sure OLB was able to pick up on that little aspect of Valk's personna here.  Yet, there you are aiming at your favorite target, you bully.

Why don't you tell us about the great hurricane rescue and losing your declawed cat again.  Putz.

Just to give you some shark bait, please explain to me why I thought "Badges, we don't need no stinking badges" was from one of the Cheech and Chong movies?

"Dumbass" is a perfectly acceptable answer. Meaning I am a dumbass.

It was an epic adventure. I mean surely the Iliad and Homer and Oedipus and MacBeth would pale in comparison to my real anxiety.

And please don't bring up declawing. That is bullshit. My cat is 13 years old, and declawed, and he doesn't act like it traumatized him.

Tomorrow morning at 6am he is going to jump up on my side, in bed, and dig his nose into my ear to tell me to feed him.

I got that Val uses dark humor.

You thought that because a lot of people think that it’s from ‘Up In Smoke.’ The misquote actually comes from ‘Blazing Saddles’, in the scene where Hedley Lamarr is recruiting bad guys for the assault on Rock Ridge.

The less charitable answer is that both lines (the correct quote and the misquote) were both  delivered by Mexican characters, and you’re stereotyping.
