Basically, Miller is saying they’re going to take the votes of the Republican electors to Congress on 6 January. Since these are people who were NOT chosen by voters in the states in question, their votes have no legal standing. All electoral votes counted. Surprise, Biden won. California put Biden and Harris over the top. Sweet. T.rump will have a hissy fit, of course. NO faithless electors. That's unusual.
